Free Yarn Giveaway - Take-a-Bow Neck Warmer!

Time for another giveaway!

Kristen Stoltzfus designed Take-a-Bow Neckwarmer for the October issue of Crochet World.  Crocheted in Jewel, her versatile design can be worn long and drapey or close around the neck for warmth.  Jewel is a fabulous thick-thin kettle dyed Peruvian wool.  It only takes 2 skeins to crochet this lovely cowl.

Cascade Yarns is giving away the yarn to make this cowl to 2 lucky winners.  All you have to do is post your favorite crochet project in Cascade Yarns to the blog or Facebook between September 17 and 24.  Winners will be anounced on September 26.

The prizes will include 2 hanks of Jewel color 9283 - Dusty Rose.

Remember to check back on September 26 to learn who the winners are!

  1. My favorite crochet project in Cascade Yarns would be the toys I make for my cat using 220 Superwash. Sometimes they are crochet, sometimes they are knit, and sometimes they use both. (The main things I crochet are actually done using embroidery floss, as even lace yarn is too large.) I have a crocheted belt in 220 Superwash that's still in the concept stage. Hope to get to it some day!

    1. And, I meant to add that my future favorite project is going to be this neck warmer. My grandmother died in 1973. Until a month ago, I had no mementos. Then, out of the blue, a cousin sent me two of my grandmother's headscarves. They're beautiful and could be warn on their own, but would be even lovelier showcased in this beautifully designed pattern. Thank you, Kristen, for writing it!
