Ribbed Lacy Slouch - Pacific Multis

So, I was at Stitches Midwest and wanted something to knit while I was in our booth - we have been sponsors for years.  I know myself well enough to realize I need a project that I can pick up and put down again without having to rip out multiple rows to fix errors.  Also, Halos of Hope had a booth on the show floor - which is always inspirational - so I decided on a hat in something washable....

Pacific Multis is the multi-colored version of Pacific - a soft worsted weight blend of Acrylic and Superwash Merino Wool.  It is completely washable and dryable.  I love the denim colorway since it goes with so much.....

You will need:
1 Ball Pacific Multis  - 60% Acrylic/40% Merino Superwash Wool - 213 yds/100 g - shown in 514
US 6 - 16" circular needle
US 8 - 16" circular needle
US 8 DPNs
Stitch Marker
Yarn Needle

With a US 6 - 16" circular needle, cast on 88 stitches.  Place marker.
K2,P2 for 10 rows (~1.5")

Switch to US 8 - 16" circular.

1. [YO, K2Tog, P2] - repeat to end of round
2. [K2,P2] - repeat to end of round
3. [k2, yo, p2tog] - repeat to end of round
4. [K2,P2] - repeat to end of round

Continue until 10" long from cast on edge.
Start decrease rounds as follows (change to DPNs when the round gets too small for the circular needles):
1.  [YO, k2tog, p2, k2tog, p2]  - repeat to end of round (77 stitches remain)
Next row - K2, P2, K1, P2
2.  [K2, yo, p2tog, k1, p2tog] - repeat to end of round (66 stitches remain)
Next row - K2, P2, K1, P1
3.  [K2tog, P2, K1, P1]  - repeat to end of round (55 stitches remain)
Next row - K1, P2, K1, P1
4.  [K1, p2tog, k1, p1]  - repeat to end of round (44 stitches remain)
Next row - K1, P1
5.  [K1, p1, k2tog]  - repeat to end of round (33 stitches remain)
Next row - K1, P1, K1
6.  [K2tog k1]  - repeat to end of round (22 stitches remain)
Next row - K
7.  [K2tog] -  - repeat to end of round
11 sts remain - cut the yarn with enough tail to weave in.
Using a yarn needle, weave in the tail through the remaining stitches
