According to Betty, "Cascade’s Eco Duo is quite simply the softest yarn I have ever worked with. The drape just begs to be worked up into a soft slouchy hat. This hat is a simple beret with 2 design elements worked in to make it unique: the purl surrounded mesh band which I call my river pattern and use in many of my designs and a little seed stitch tab with buttons worn at the left temple."

Materials: 1 100 gram skein of Cascade Eco Duo yarn. Pictured hat is color #1706.
Sizes 8 and 10 16” circular needles and size 10 double points, or size required to obtain gauge.

Gauge: 8 stitches to 2” BE SURE TO CHECK GAUGE!!
